Our Infrared Ankle Socks offer the technical benefits of KYnergy Infrared technology, but also comfort and versatility.
The socks have been designed to remain comfortable through the longest and toughest of runs and hikes, but also gym work and everyday wear. The socks have been updated with a higher ankle to ensure optimum fit with a range of running and training shoes, whilst the raised tabs eliminate friction during even the longest of workouts. Comfort is also promoted by supportive material around the sock’s arch, breathable panels for temperature control, and cushioned heels and toes.

Best Use
KYMIRA Sport products can be used for four primary applications; performance, recovery, injury prevention/management and thermal regulation.
For the best results, our products should be used for every phase of exercise:
- 30 minutes before, during
- During exercise
- For at least 1 hour afterwards
By using across all three phases, you will see improvements in thermal regulation, circulation and reduce the risk of injury.
