KYMIRA takes the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic extremely seriously. We'd like to assure all our customers that we are taking every precaution to help protect the health of our clients and employees.
Following the advice from Public Health England, from Monday, 10th March 2020 until further notice, all employees that can perform their roles remotely started working from home.  

In addition, we've decided to take extra precautions to help protect you further. To that end, any employee receiving, shipping or handling goods in any way, have been instructed to wash their hands before and after contact. All packages are being placed in area in the warehouse that has very little human foot traffic, and our employees are wearing rubber gloves when handing packages over for shipping.
For the moment, we'd like to assure you that our online store will be operating as usual and we are fulfilling and shipping all orders placed by our customers. The continued operation of the online store is dependent on our couriers remaining operational, but if such a time comes that Royal Mail or DHL - our two main delivery methods - should decide to cease operations we will unfortunately no longer be able to send out orders.
